Over 20 years of experience

Jeffrey Garrett has had a 20+ year career in education, as a high school social studies teacher, instructional leadership coach, assistant principal, and principal in New York City. For the last 11 years he has overseen leadership development for principals, APs, and teacher leaders for a network of district schools in Los Angeles, which works to support school transformation in the city’s longest underserved communities.

Jeffrey is a graduate of Dartmouth College and earned his Master's from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.  He is a published author, and frequently requested speaker. Jeffrey's breadth of experience working with schools and organizations in many of the nation's largest school systems, as well as with charter schools, gives him a wealth of expertise to support your needs.
